When ordering a garment please ensure you are ordering correct sizes required. A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order. The garment will be handmade in our studio and could take up to 14 days to be dispatched, unless it is a piece displayed as a one off garment and is therefore available to send. All garments are subject to availability. Caroline Bruce Designer Dresses has the right to withdraw items from sale as and when required. If you require a garment for a specific date we will try our best to deliver, please email info@carolinebruce.co.uk or phone 07835 983 018. To order from our website you must be 18 years old or over and have a valid credit or debit card or Apple Pay facility.
Please be sure to refer to our size chart measurements before ordering a garment, unless specific measurements are added to specific pieces.

All deliveries to UK mainland are free and sent by special delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your garment and wish to return it, you have 14 days to return it including a reason for returning it. When returning your garment it must reach our premises unsoiled, unstained, with no odours and undamaged, otherwise no refund will be given.
The cost of returning your garment will be your responsibility until we receive it, therefore we advise that you insure the parcel for the value of the garment and keep your delivery receipt.Once the return has been approved a refund will be made within 28 days via Pay Pal.
If you should require an exchange, as each garment is individually made, the replacement may take up to 28 days to be delivered depending on the item.
Each garment is lovingly hand finished and any irregularities should not be regarded as defects. Loss of beads, sequins and studs are a normal occurrence. Please do not spray any alcohol based solutions directly on to any of our garments. We recommend that you delicately dry clean when necessary.
Please take care to follow the instructions on the wash care labels, caring for your garment is your responsibility, any damage caused by laundering or dry cleaning is your responsibility. If you have any questions please contact us by phone or email, we will be happy to help.
